LET HIM GO. NO NEED FOR THE DRAMA. FIND SOMEONE THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PAST. JUST ABOUT THE FUTURE WITH YOU. THERE ARE PLENTY OF MEN OUT THERE. DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS THAN THE BEST. GOOD LUCK

You move on, there is nothing else you can do. This is why women should never talk about old boyfriends or lovers, it's not something men want to know. Even if they ask, which they only do if they think you want them too, you don't tell.

Live and learn, next time keep the past in the past.

If this guy wants to call it quits there is three possible options (1) He doesnt like you and this is an excuse (2) its too hard for him because your ranting about your ex everytime something goes wrong... this is very unattractive to all men. (3) you still have feelings for you ex and your current bf is smart enough to see through the smoke and doesnt want to get himself hurt. Because either way when if comes down to it in the "dating" game you gotta look out for yourself!! I'd eliminate the two ones that arent there and if you do like the current guy work your stuff out cause he might not hang around for long

If this boyfriend is someone you really care about, then assure him that you are with him for a reason and that he is the only one you care about. The reason men mainly get jealous is either because they are insecure with themselves, they do not trust women due to their past, or because they care about the girl a lot and they do not want to loose her. You can also do little things to prove to him that you care (like make him a card, breakfast ect). If he continues to go on being upset about it when he has no reason, then my suggestion would be to tell him that you cannot be with someone who doesn't trust you. If you don't care about him, just cut straight to the chase!

If I understand correctly, he's obsessing over the ex that was never in the picture. You don't need that in your life. He obviously is jealous or insecure over something, which will only bring you stress because you get to hear about it. If he wants to go, say "Bye!" It's his loss. Plus, who wants a guy who's just going to stress over people he doesn't know? If you want to try and work it out, allow yourself that and try. Just hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Find out what exactly is bugging him. Otherwise, let him go complain about someone else's ex and find yourself a fun-loving guy.

That is funny I am having the same problem, it seems my boyfriend is insecure and worries to much about my ex-boyfriend. he thinks he does not measure up. I basically need to reassure him that he is the one I want to be with, but I have to do it in a subtle way because otherwise my boyfriend thinks I am just stroking his ego. Good luck

It really depends on the situtation. This is hard to answer because we don't know your relationship with your ex. If you are still talking to him frequently, then that may be a problem. He may feel uncomfortable too if you just left him--he may feel that you still need time. It seems to me like there might be more going on and more to this situation.

let him go if he is like that because he can never take on big responsibilities and you will go through the problems all the time that you two are together there is a saying "if you love him let him go if he comes back he is yours to keep.

Its apparent to your current bf you are not over your last one either by staying in contact with him or the way to talk about him. He is saying your are not emotionally over him so go back to him.

sounds like he's looking for a reason to break up. If he wants to break up, there's nothing you can do. It's over...Go on with your life!
