He was and is a serial killer, using his socalled 'compassion' to take the lives of others...with his little suicide machine, that he often took people out in his dirty little death van, and killed them..he is a sicky and will probably strike again...much to the dismay of our society..who knows if the people who want him to do this, want money from a trust? I know, that if one really wants to do this, all you have to do, is ask your own doctor for a dose of sleeping pills, and do it yourself. You DON"T need dr. death to get his jollies again..and no, he should have remained locked up for the rest of HIS life

He'll be back in business by July. His imprisonment was legitimate, he broke the law on numerous occasions. Until there comes a time that assisting a person in suicide is not a criminal offense then I am sorry, he should not be considered a victim. I am sure he doesn't consider himself a victim.

I don't think he is properly licensed to practice medicine now so he will have to choose a different method.

Too many people misjudge him. In modern society they think it is okay to put an animal to sleep but people are expected to endure to the end of their suffering. Few people have seen with their own eyes the ravages of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) or they would realize the value of the service that he was providing for his patients. Some people can't comprehend just how sick a person must be before they wish to die.

No and Yes. He never should have gone to prison in the first place.

I dont' think he should have ever gone to prison. I don't feel he did anything wrong. What are your thoughts on it?

I wish he'd help me. Why should people needlessly suffer? He should never have been in jail in the first place.
