She is the owner and manager of my division, me and my 2 co-workers finish reports under constant pressure, then the report sits on her desk for up to A YEAR before she gets around to reading and signing it, meanwhile our clients are getting pissed. The reports are seriously like 5 pages. What should I say to her to make her stop slacking and get some work done.

I realize that I'm slacking right now. Ha ha!

I would call a meeting with your boss and explain the situation to her about clients getting angry and stuff. you and your co workers should band together and give her a bottom line that things need to change before you all find new jobs since the stress is not needed.

Only thing I can tell you is pray and meditate. If or when you seriously can't take anymore, leave. Find another job and quit this one.

P.S. It's ok to slack a little every once in a while

As long as you are doing the job you are paid to, it shouldn't really matter what she does or doesn't do. If she wants her business to go bust then it's up to her and not your responsibility. If you are really unhappy, you should maybe start looking for a new job.
