sounds like you need to do some work on your poor self image. Get a book of daily affirmations, and read them every day, without fail. Make a habit of smiling at your reflection in a mirror, and say out loud, I look good, even if you don't feel you do, saying it will often change your outlook. If you are unable to make positive and effective changes in your self image, suggest therapy is needed.

Sounds like you may be developing an eating disorder or mental condition. I don't mean you're going crazy...lol. I had a friend in HS that always thought she was fat and needed to diet and exercise excessively. She was actually quite thin and in shape. I told her, along with other friends, that she should see a doctor. After a few sessions with her dr., they cocluded that she was developing anorexia. Luckily, she had good friends to help her stay busy with and keep her mind occupied. I would suggest you see a dr and maybe ask you friends to help you.

This could be the beginnings of an eating disorder or just a mental blockage. I would first talk to my regular m.d. and see if he or she thinks I need to set up an appointment with a therapist. Good luck! t.
