or some kind of surgery to lose the excess. I mean if you are 15-20kgs over your healthy weight and even lose it the natural way through diet and exercise, once you have lost the weight but still got excess skin, is the sugery the only way thats going to get rid of it, or is just exercise and weight trainning the only way to get rid of the excess??I just wanna know cause when u have lost the weight i dont wanna be keep doing weights if its not going to tone it up and achieve that.... to think i would be just wasting my time?? Basically losing weight the natural way properly and doing weight trainning and cardio will that tone the body up or no matter how much of that i do... will i just be left with that!?

Nope. You don't need surgery. Lose the weight and then simply just stay fit. The key is eat in balance with how much energy you use and drink water lots of water. Your body will get rid of the excess skin by itself and tone itself. Remember if you put junk in it's eventually going to look like junk, but give the body a chance and put good in its going to get rid of the junk because its a very clever thing, the body, and it prefers good to junk.

now way!

15 kgs may seem like a lot of weight but it's not really. with a healthy eating plan and some lifestyle changes 15 kgs can be very easily lost in 1-2 years.

personally I don't see how any responsible doctor would even think about performing that type of surgery on a person who is not even 50 lbs overweight.

I lost 40 pounds and did not have hanging globs of flesh. So toning up does work if you have less than 100 to 150 pounds to lose.
