Has anyone used the ab lounger and do you feel like you got results from it? Also reg. ab lounger verses ultra

I have gained weight around my middle due to age and being pre diabetic and thought the ab lounger might work on this area. Would like to hear from anyone that has used the ab lounger and if you think it's worth the investment. Thanks

I do--I love mine. For me I have a bad back and it is difficult to do many ab workouts. The Ab Lounger is great--provides great support for your back, while stretching/contracting your ab muscles with each crunch.

Plus its a rather low cost investment. Often it is on sale for around $100--most others are a good deal more.

I also like that it doesnt take up very much room in my weight room. It doesn't take near as many crunches to feel the results and allows you to do oblique curls much easier as well.

As I said--I love it. Of course if you don't use it, it's nothing more than a dust catcher like anything else. You have to make yourself use it. But I find it really easy to use. Hope this helps you.
