I am looking to buy a new pc (mine is quickly dying). I don't have good credit and there is NO way I can pay for a pc out of my piddly little pay check. I checked out the pc for all and blue hippo sites... doe anyone know about them or another place that is legit that has what I might be looking for?

save up and pay cash for it. anytime someone advertises no credit check, you're paying way more than the things worth. it's like rent to own furniature, a rip-off!

remember if you choose to rent to own and you miss a payment they will reposess it and you will loose everything you put into it.

I rented to own my first pc. Rentway or Rent-A-Center. People will tell you not to do it because they charge you rental fees. I sat down and figured out what the percentage of rental fees were and it turns out that it's the same as puting the same computer on a credit card at 13% interest. Which is less than most Credit Cards charge.

Renting to own is a great way to get a very good pc if you have bad credit. In fact I also rented to own my flat screen LCD TV and even though I have good credit now I'm still renting own other things.

I agree with the previous poster. Try your local rent to own place. Just make sure they report to the credit bureaus before you sign anything.

This way you get your computer and build your credit at the same time.

I heard of them. Its a bogus scam in my opinion. The reason is for one they overcharge you for the computer. Then they make you pay several monthly payments before they even send you the computer. You will be better off going to Wal-Mart and putting one in layaway.

Better build your own PC, check this link,
http://www.geocities.com/joeymarlo26/PC_Knowledge.html

download the ebook within the site, order parts in hardwarezone
you can request to plug-in and warm-up the parts for you and buy O.S. you like (winxp, vista, etc.) and ask them to install the O.S.

blue hippo has been sued by some states for bad business practices and I have read bad reviews on what you actually get for your money.
