GO TO THE EMERGENCY VET. YOUR DOG IS SUFFERING... GDV is life threatening. SIt your *** here and wait for answers all you want but you might as well dig a hole because your dog is dying while you ask questions.
I see you already asked this question once. How stupid are you? Go to the vet and don't attempt to own a pet again.

Get him to a vet ASAP. In dogs, gas accumulation in the stomach may cause or be caused by a volvulus, or twisting, of the stomach which prevents gas from escaping. Deep-chested breeds are especially at risk. Mortality rates in dogs range from 10 to 60 percent, even with treatment.

You need to find a NEW vet who knows what she is doing and do NOW!!!!!!! Your dog could have a ruptured bowel and that could be killing him VERY SLOWLY!!!!!!! She should have checked him for possible bleeding in the abdominal cavity. He's already 14 yrs old so it could be too late for him which is a shame since he's been suffering for 3 DAYS!!!!! It should NEVER have gone on this long. GET HIM TO AN EMERGENCY VET CENTER NOW!!!!!!!!!

If you're worried about a GDV, why would you NOT be back at the vets right now?

Please get your dog to an emergency vet immediately. Make sure they do a thorough examination and take xrays. It sounds like he is in a great deal of pain.
