im a girl, 15 years old, (size 12) 158 pounds and 4'10". i want to loose weight. if i go the the gym like every other day for like 1-2 hours and then go swimming on saturdays. and i eat breakfast. for school no recess just water or maybe some crakers. then lunch a sandwich then dinner... what should i eat? and do you think i would loose weight. like how much per week? i need decent answers please. thank you
