im a girl, 15 years old, (size 12) 158 pounds and 4'10". i want to loose weight. if i go the the gym like every other day for like 1-2 hours and then go swimming on saturdays. and i eat breakfast. for school no recess just water or maybe some crakers. then lunch a sandwich then dinner... what should i eat? and do you think i would loose weight. like how much per week? i need decent answers please. thank you

I suggest that you first see a doctor to be sure there isn't a reason for your weight problem. While there, ask your doctor for a consult with a nutritionist or dietician. The nutritionist or dietician will set up a healthy diet for you based on the types of food you like.

In the meantime, limit your calories to 1500 (you are still growing so I would not suggest 1200 unless the doctor clears it). Limit your fat intake, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. If you drink regular soda, stop! It is loaded with sugar and calories. Try eating every 3 hours: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Those snacks need to be fresh fruit, veggies or a 100 calorie snack pack. You want to limit each snack to 100 calories so the bulk of your calories are at meal time. This will never let you get hungry and you will be able to eat smaller meals since your hunger is held at bay. Drink plenty of water as well.

As for exercise, you need to do a minimum of an hour three times a week. Swimming is a wonderful exercise! When at the gym, do cardio and alternate it with toning.

Now, get your mom to make that doctor appointment and good luck!

Well I have got to say first and fundamental.. Do now not examine this girl in your "ex"in anyway, form or variety. I realize that's less complicated stated than performed..:o).. As a long way as the load limitation is going.. You have got to examine if it a wellbeing limitation, or is it a 'appears' limitation with you. I agree guys are very visible in all features in their like and relationships are not any distinct. Is she dressing to intensify the positives of her 'curvy' frame or is she simply dressed in apparel that does not flatter her determine as so much? This could be a colossal factor even for you, as this is a visible element. Does she have the vigor to move out and do the matters you favor now? If now not, then that's a colossal dating problem altogether.. Is she cozy with herself? Has she constantly had the load? If so, then what attracted you to her to start with, and why now has it grow to be an limitation (possibly a 'buddy' stated some thing??)?? You have to examine the 'why' then you'll transfer into 'how' to deal, as every why may have another 'how'..
