It's not unheard of for a brand new car to have a problem. If the dealer is fixing it under warranty, and that resolves the problem, then life is good.

Now if the car has multiple problems, or problems that can't be resolved after multiple visits to the dealer, then it's time to think about returning it for a refund.

It's a hassle, but give them 3 attempts to fix the problem. If they can't resolve it, start checking your state's lemon laws and start contacting the dealership manager and the regional manager.

If it is a brand new car then it is under warranty and they have to fix it for you for free...... if it still isn't fixed right take it back and demand to speak to the manager about it.

hurry and check with your state consumer laws, but in most states you have 72 hrs to change your mind with no questions asked, if you go the lemon law route, it has to be in the shop so many days in one month.
