They are messy because they are two. Help your mom pick up after your little brothers. Having twins is extremely stressful for the parents. You could be a really big help to your mom and I bet she would be tickled pink for your help

ENCOURAGE THEM TO CLEAN!!

Kids always want fun, so the best thing to do is to make a game of cleaning up. Put on some music and dance while you clean. See how long it takes them to clean-make a race out of it. who can clean the fastet. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you praise them. Everytime they clean up an area make them WANT to do it by saying, "Yay!! Thanks so much! The room looks pretty!" or, "good job!!" or even "than you!" and give them hugs

You should also talk to your parents about getting them more quiet easy to clean up games. Coloring books, soft blocks, etc.

If that doesn't work, get more storage boxes to put all their stuff in. That way, when it does get messy quickly throw everthing in the tin and slide it into the closet. NO MESS!!

Hope I helped!

Ooohhh i am sorry for you. If i was in that position i would give a presintation to your parents and tell them that you are different sexes and you need to seperated by different rooms. Say that you are growing up and you need your own space. Or if they are dirty i would ask you parents if you could have a screen in the middle of the room to seperate your spaces

Make the best out of a bad situation.. play with them, you can teach them to pick up somethings just by playing.
Dont get mad and yell at them, it only makes it worse... always talk nice to them and you can eventually get them to help pick things up. You might actually enjoy the time playing with them.

When you talk to them, be really sweet. Make a game of cleaning up. Play with them. Hold them when they cry. If they're happy with you, they'll want to make you happy too. Little children love to be helpers.

Tell your mother to do something about it? And you want your own room, even if it;s in the cellar/basement. Tell her you will fix it-up

try to help your mom by encouraging them to pick up with you. and you can get mom involved too, by asking her to make a big game of it with all of you. if all of you help, then you will be done faster!
