I workout somehow at least 5 days out of the week on average. I was just wanting to see how often, how long, and what sort of exercises other people were doing each week to stay in shape?

I work out 4-5 days a week. I do cardio for about 30-45 minutes and around 20-30 minutes of weights (both machines and free weights). I am just trying to keep toned up and thin.

I'm trying to lose weight so I exercise 50 minutes 6 days a week and then weight train 4 days a week for 20 minutes

i walk in the morning for 20mins, then walk home after school for 20mins. at home i do 0 crunches then 100 jump ropes in 5 sets and do some ab exercises

Mine is running and jumping. I run off at the mouth, and jump to conclusions...

Seriously, I walk every day.
