best way to drop water weight is to eat potassium rich foods. Raisins are the best choice, a cup a day will help alot with water retention.
When I hear people say they have no time for exercise, I admit I get irritated. It's your body, the only one you have, and if you won't take the time to care for it, you can't expect anyone else to take the time. So let me suggest a thing or two. Take stairs avoid elevators. Park as far as possible from anywhere you go, like the outer edges of the parking lot when you go to a mall, or when you go to work, park at least three blocks away, and walk in. Just these simple things, done consistently will improve your health, make your body work more efficiently and help rid you of the water retention problem as well.

Not sure how much you are wanting to loose, but if you have a lot of water weight you need to swet. Cardio obviously, but you also need some high rep weight training. Good resistance training to activate the muscles which will bump up you metabolism.
I suggest a good diet too. Zero sugar and maybe something to boost you a little. Like coffee, no sugar or cream before you cardio. Caffeine will punch your system into burning calories and fat. Be careful not to skip good proteins and healthy carbs.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Try cutting out the bread and sweets for a while- you will lose very quickly, even without exercise. Drink water, not soda. (diet is okay sometimes) For the water weight, you can ask your doctor for a water pill, or get one over the counter. The diet will help with the water weight, too. Good luck!~

Are you able to take something that helps you lose the water wt caused by your medication? Maybe your doctor might have some suggestions. Or check out a health food store, they may know what you can eat that will help.
You will look beautiful regardless!!!
