Nope. Usually an exercise video last 1 hour and you need to do it 3 times a week, I'm afraid. You will find, however, that you will feel better and have lots more energy! It's getting up off the sofa to do the damned things that's the problem!

If your goal is to lose weight, the answer is no. You need at least 300 minutes of cardiovascular activities in a week to lose weight. You can divide that per day and do 50 minutes of exercise 6 days a week.
If you're trying to mantain your weight, then 30 minutes 3-4 times a week should be enough.

Not really, you want to aim to do this every day, if that is a bit too much try every rolling day, do it Monday, rest Tuesday, and do it again on a Wednesday.
The benefits we recieve from exercise decrease if we don't keep up a regular routine, I think it is generally acceppted we begin to lose fitness after the second day of non-exercise.
Idealy you want to be aiming to do more than a fitness video, not to mention I'm sure they can get really boring! Walking is a great way to exercise, and may even inspire you to start running (it isn't as scary as it sounds!) combined with cycling and swimming I think you're well on your way.

It's recommended to exercise 3-5 times per week (alternating cardio like an exercise video with strength training- like lifting weights), but 1 time is better than 0. Depending on your daily routines you may be "exercising" through laundry, vaccumming, a physically demanding job, etc... Best wishes to you!

Nah, your body needs more than that to be healthy. You'll find the energy once you work out more. If you don't like hopping around and high-energy work-outs, taking a couple of ten-minute walks a day is also beneficial.

Not really, its like anything else in life, you are better doing a little daily (about 30 mins in this case) than doing a lot on one day! It really depends on your life style and your work! If you are sat in an office all day you would need more than a busy mum running around after kids and doing housework!
