Here is my daily schedule. I wake up about 6:30am. I get ready for work, leave my house about 7:00am, then I'm commuting for about 45 min.to one hour. I work 8 hours then I commute home the same distance. I also have a new house, and a family. I spend most of my time at night with my family, or working on the house. I have a little free time starting at about 9 or 9:30 pm, but by that time I just want to chill, watch TV, and my energy is not there. On the weekend I'm not as busy. Any suggestions?

I know you may not think you have time to exercise, but you really do.

It would be worth it to make time to exercise, for yourself, the people around you, and for your career.

I find that deep breathing is a great way to relieve stress and focus my energy.

It only takes a minute or two it's free and it really works.

In yoga, deep breathing, and "how" you breath is very important. I find lying on my back achieves the best results, but I've also done it sitting at my desk at work.

There's really no magic to it - Breath in as deeply as you can through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, then release it in a controlled manner until all the air is completely expelled, then repeat the cycle. 5 or 6 times is usually about all I need to re-focus and feel relaxed.

For a brief summary of yogic breathing check out the link below...I am sure there are lot's of other sites that would be helpful as well.

Relaxing in a comfortable chair, putting on headphones and listening to soothing music is a good idea; and, as others have suggested, breathe deeply. Massages could also work wonders.

Have you tried squeezing a stress ball? Whenever you feel frustrated, you can always squeeze the ball to destress. Hope the info helps.
