I have six guitars and one dulcimer. The latter spends more time in the closet than anything else. Among the guitars are two nylon-stringed instruments that are seldom played because I prefer the steel strings under my fingertips.
The first steel string guitar that I learned to play on is with me; a parlor-size LG-3 Gibson acoustic that I use to teach my students. (Manufacture date: 1952)
The second steel string guitar is a flat top Gibson J45/50 that served well for 29 years until I bought my latest flat top, a Martin HD-35 in 2003. While the Martin is my most favored, I continue to have a few sessions on my Nashville 6120 orange Gretsch, signed on the pickrest by Chet Atkins.
My style is fingerstyle playing, patterned after Chet Atkins and Merle Travis's mode of playing that inspired me since 1956. I also play a lot of Flamenco and Spanish tunes when possible and lean heavily on playing by inspiration.

Well.... i have 2 guitars
the first one is acostic(signature)... and the second one a electric (mocking bird by b.c.rich)..
hmm....my style is basically alterative rock but sometimes i try to pull of eric clapton....

electric, it's a jackson dinky to be specific.
I like hadcore, but i like to play anything on guitar
neil scroth from Journey definitely inspired me
