The best treatment for fibromyalgia is magnesium. Take abt 450 mg of magnesium daily together with Vitamin B complex and lots of water. Avoid coffee, tea, sodas, chocolates and alcoholic beverages. These will make ur condition worse.

Using Lyrica is one of the latest treatments for Fibromyalgia. The reason is this helps stop nerve pain. It has helped many people. I have tried it because I have Fibromyalgia, but I did not like feeling druged. Every body is different. What works for one person may not work for the Next. Try it and see if it helps you.
I have written an article on Fibromyalgia and treatments you can do at home. I've enclosed a link for you to read.

I saw a Pain management dr and he put me on Lyrica. In 6 days I could lie down without my back feeling like it would break. It helped where the Neurontin didn't. I'm glad my dr told me about it.

Useful for neuropathic pain. It soothes nerves that are irritated. There is a very slight risk of abuse or dependence, so you have to wean off if you decide to stop it. It can make you sleepy. If you have ever taken neurontin or gabapentin, this medicine is the next generation of those. It is very effective in people with any type of nerve pain.

Never heard of that drug. for me, a an anti inflammatory called Feldene has helped my fibro. Also, massage when i can afford it does wonders. I like my relaxation tapes and soft music at night to help me relax enough to sleep. swimming makes me feel good too, i like being in the water.
