Go to a natural food store. Check for supplements made with Flax seed oils.

Beyond flax seeds or flax oil (which you may or may not be allergic to) I don't know of any sources of Omega 3s not of a fishy or nut origin.

You might have better luck with Omega 9s as these are vegetable based. Olives, olive oil, avocados and grapeseed oil are good examples of foods containing Omega 9s.

Ok, you got a lot of good answers when you asked the first time. Seems you are asking about a suppliment for Omega fatty acids but not in oil or fat form. These ARE fats you know.

Flax seed is a competent source of Omega-3. only grind it up & sprinkle on despite you eat. Diets are generally prosperous in Omega-6 & this doesnt must be supplimented. Olive oil is a source of Omega-9.
