i know how u feel....i couldn't sleep at all last night............... it was horrible......

Sleeping pills...lol Seriously I've been with my love for ten years now and when he isn't here I have to take two sleeping pills to make through the night.

If you really love someone, then being away from them should not hurt. If it hurts then that's lust or infatuation. Love is not bound by time or space.

ware yourself out. Exercize more, use up your energy, surroung yourself w/ family and friends and talk about it. They will help you get through.Try tylenol pm.
