An ex is an ex for a REASON. If she flat out told you she doesn't love you any more, let it go! Move on! Don't sell yourself short and settle for somebody that doesn't love you. You will only end up getting yourself hurt and used. Just leave her alone......find somebody new who will appreciate your efforts. She is not the one.

You need to find out if she means it or if she's just saying she doesn't because if she means that she don't love you anymore then you can't rekindle the spark( You can't make someone love you) But however if she is just saying she dont and don't mean it then you still have a chance- need to find out what went wrong 1st, why she even said that to begin with- did she get hurt somehow?? and that's her defense?? Then take it from there.

The ship has left the port: Take her at her word. It may hurt your ego, but if you got her to change her mind you would still be in doubt. Time is too precious playing games with people so get a life, find some new friends who are reputable and dependable, and life will take on new meaning. Get your mind off of the past and quit crying over spilt milk. There is life after a broken relationship.

Just stay cool and never try to do anything too extraordinary to win her back.
Because if you do, she may downplay your worth and now reduce the kind of respect she has for you.

Let me assure you that it is not really true that she doesn't love you but that she is just finding it difficult to come back as she thinks that would be counted a minus for her.

Rather, try continuously to do those things that you do most that kept her close to you when you were together.

Never try to say bad things about her neither discuss her with your pals who know her.
Don't portray a too desperate nature of yourself to her. That notwithstanding, try going to have chats with her.

All the best and write back to me on philemonkwame@yahoo.com and let me know the outcome.

Remember why she is your ex. And if she does not love you anymore...why would you want her back? Don't you want someone to love who will return that love?
If she does not love you there is no way to get her back.
Suck it in ... get over the hurt...move on and find someone who loves you too.

be cool...

You have to start over again and convince her that whatever you have done wrong in past, you are doing something about it. As they say, if you love someone set her free, if she comes back she is yours.

Why don't you ask her if there is a chance she will take you back one day. If she says yes but not now you take it from there.
