We talk everyday,about anything. The weekend,food,drink,sport,music.And i spoke to him like always and he spoke to me,but not as much.I have noticed though that when he talks to other girls he doesn't seem overly happy,but does when he talks to me. And he doesn't look at me alot when he talks to me.He tends to look away more.He wants to know who i like.He copies my actions sometimes,and he teases me.does all of this mean anything?

I think he feels comfortable around you and it is great that you get along and have someone to talk to at work but, I also think people shouldn't get involved with people at their workplace only for the fact that it distracts you from your work and if something bad happens you still see the person. Does your company have a policy about dating co-workers...you might want to check on that (since some companies do).

take it really, really, really slow. I know from experience dating someone at work is EXTREMELY hard! If something were to go wrong in the relationship, it makes for a very uncomfortable work environment. When me and my ex broke up, i could only keep working at my old job for a couple of months before i just couldnt take it anymore. I am not saying that will happen with you guys, just take it REALLY slow.

Take it slow, but it might be the start of a relationship. Work relationships are hard, and sometimes unhealthy, so take it slow, and make sure you know its what you want before you pursue it.
