War Crimes are stupid. Since only the losing side ever has to answer for them it is hypocrisy at its worse.
as for the PJs to court only if you are going to the insane defense

Probably not since they'll drag you there no matter what. Also, the jammies might get you contempt of court, although it would be a lot more comfortable.
