Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people get rid of their health problems via a detox.
People with constipation may suffer from constipation for a few reasons:
- lack of fibre in their diet. You need to take 5-6kg of fibre in your diet for your colon to function normally.
- lack of water. If you have fibre but no water, you still cannot clear the stuff. You need to drink at least 2 litres of water and the water should be good quality, purified water. Normal tap water is full of chlorine and acidic and therefore not as effective for constipation.
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well in addition to get rid of your constipation problem. YOu will probably improve your blood pressure issue as well as it is sometimes linked to the health of our colon.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

I have same issues---try Miralax...It was prescription up until a few months ago. Try it for two weeks straight. It is tasteless and you don't even know it's in your drink. This will get things moving for you. All bran every day is also very helpful on top of the Miralax. You have to get on a program and stick to it including a good amount of water.

Are you having enough fruit? Have some prunes, and prune juice. Cashews and honey roasted nuts are good too if you are not allergic to them. Nuts can make stools softer. Cabbage, brussel sprouts and carrots are good too. But since you didn't mention fruit try eating fruit at each meal. You can't just have fiber, you do need a good balance of meat along with your fiber.

pick some collace tablets and or fibercon, they have worked wonders.
Stress makes you perspire and work your body harder than usual ergot. you lose fluid in your intestines too, which is needed.
check out which vege's you're eating...you do need fiber and you do need do move your bowels at least every other day, Oh, you movements will also depend on what you are/eating (volume)! If this doesn't work, go to a your doc and then see a gastroenterologist, that'll help.

Do you take high blood pressure medication or any other medication? It can cause constipation.
