Doesn't our constitution say that illegal aliens are criminals? I am looking for a list of all politicians - congress and senate in all states - who support enforcing our laws instead of changing our laws for their own purposes with no concern for the American citizens and legal immigrants who have paid the price to come here legally. Providing amnesty to over 12 million criminals just means that they will bring more criminals across our open borders and continue to break our laws - there is no penalty for their crimes! Where is our justice department and why are our tax dollars being wasted on politicians who don't care about the rights of the people who elected them? If you have a complete list of people who are against amnesty for criminals, then please provide the names and links to their sites so that we can elect them and try to undo the horrendous damage being done by our current self serving lawmakers.

Are your children safe? What will their future be like after the American dollar has been lowered and our standard of living continues to drop? Until the next election, there is something you can do. Report every person living in the US illegally - at the factory, landscaping your lawn, watching your children and cleaning your house. Supporting illegal aliens is a crime and is supposed to be punishable by law.

No it does not. Being an illegal is a civil offense, hiring them is a criminal one!

If you are worried about laws and the Constitution, why don't you ask Bush to stop stomping on it, and take the 800 some odd laws that he has chosen to be the Supreme Court on and won't go by them!

You can't get rid of illegals. They are as much part of this economy as anyone else, and they get produce to your table cheaply every single day! Until you can find a replacement, they will stay. The Republicans will make sure of that!

Please stop calling them criminals. The criminals are the ones that hire them, and it is 1 count for each worker every day! Thousands of criminal violations that you won't do anything about. Like it or not, you need them more than they need you! And you wont go after there employers, will you?

What a lot of people in this country fail to remember is that the only not immigrant are those of the native Americans. The rest of us were all once immigrants some where along our families background. I feel that we should help those that wish to live at a set rate and in a organized way. They are just like our forefathers wanting a better life. Are we not the Mixing pot of the world?

I don't think the constitution says that. I do not believe our government has failed. It is a complicated answer. There is no way to round up 12 million people. The cost alone would be staggering.

Politicians are pragmatic, not ideal.

Hustler magnate offers cash for DC tales
Larry Flynt will pay big bucks for your political sex scandal.

Larry Flynt’s last effort to buy dirt on Washington politicians was what you might call a bust. But the Hustler publisher launched a new effort Sunday, offering $1 million for provable Potomac sleaze.
Readers of the print edition of Sunday’s Washington Post, will have seen the all-type, full-page ad as they turned from “Russia’s Champion of Hopeless Causes Is Targeted for Disbarment” to “U.S. Warship Fires Missiles at Fighters in Somalia.”
“Larry Flynt and Hustler Magazine announce a cash offer up to $1 Million,” the headline on page A17 says.
The ad explains: “Have you had a sexual encounter with a current member of the United States Congress or a high-ranking government official? Can you provide documented evidence of illicit sexual or intimate relations with a Congressperson, Senator or other prominent officeholder?
“Larry Flynt and HUSTLER Magazine will pay you up to $1 million if we choose to publish your verified story and use your material.”
It’s not clear from the ad if Flynt has anything particular in mind.
The offer is a reprise of the approach Flynt took in 1998, at the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, when he bought a full-page ad in The Washington Post with a similarly worded offer.
Flynt later said on CNBC’s “Rivera Live” that he had turned up information showing hypocrisy by a Republican congressman from Georgia, but the project never created the splash some in Washington had expected.
Flynt, who has called himself a “smut peddler who cares,” launched fringe candidacies for the Republican presidential nomination in 1983 and for California governor in 2003.
The new ad includes a toll-free number (800-251-2714), which answers with a recorded male voice saying: “Thank you for calling the Hustler Magazine hotline. Please briefly describe the information you would like us to consider, along with information on how we may contact you. We will get in touch with you if we are interested in your information.” The ad also lists an e-mail address, hustler@lfp.com.
The bottom of the ad says: “Paid for by Larry Flynt and Hustler magazine.”
If Flynt has better luck this time offering cash for trash, that announcement may apply to an article, not just an ad.
