Just see it as yet another journey. At 17 this is only just the beginning of changes happening in your life. You're going to finish school, maybe go on to college, get new jobs, maybe start a family, etc. Lots of great things ahead of you. See this as a learning opportunity and take it in stride. It'll be hard, but you'll do fine.
Good luck!

Try not to see it as just affecting you but the rest of the family as well. Remember that moving will help with your parent's debt and relieve them of a lot of stress which in turn will make them happier and easier to be around. Also, see this as a way to wipe your slate clean. You get to move to a new area where no one knows you so anything that you wish you could have done differently at your old home/school you can do now. No one will have preconceived assumptions of you. Plus, meeting new people and experiencing new things is always fun and if you were planning on college this is what you probably would have had to do soon anyway.

Find out something about the area you're moving to. Ask around and find out the good things about it - and the possible bad things too - but get so you feel like you know it before you even go there. Having some familiarity with a place takes a lot of anxiety away. And know that meeting new people means there will be people you like there.

start sorting your stuff and decide what you really need or want have a garage sale, get some boxes and start packing. your parents probably aren't to thrilled to be leaving the home they have been paying for for 17 years either, try not to be too hard on them

well sometimes you have no choice. Even though moving will be hard, just still get phone numbers and keep intouch with some of your neighbors. It will be ok.
