Absolutely! Men have just as much right to not feeling perky as women. Men are not immune to feeling poorly occasionally.

Of course they can! My husband came from a family of 11, and lots of extended family. He was always extremely comfortable with children, and had a special touch with babies, and wanted children as badly as I did. We married when I was 28 and he was 38, and we had our first and only child two years later.
One of the most wonderful things that endeared me to him when we were dating is that he would get right down on the living room floor and play with my small nieces and nephews - with all the adults and my parents sitting on the furniture, doing what grownups do. This man HAD to be a dad -- and is a wonderful one!
Just make sure you find the right, and best woman for you to get married to - and then, have children!

But of course, being broody is not a gender thing, though women may be more known to be just cause men find it difficult to admit this to their mates.

Yes of course they can.

Fundamentally we are all here to procreate and reproduce so that longing is in men as much as it is in women, its just that women tend to be more open about it.

Yes they can. It's quite nice to hear that a man is broody coz you don't tend to hear it a lot.
