I always wrap my quick breads in aluminum foil then put in a zip lock bag. Then I put it in the fridge. It is wonderful microwaved for about 30 secnds so dont worry if it gets a bit hard from being chilled. I mostly make way too much so I wrap it the same way and freeze it. I hope this is helpful.

I either wrap the banana bread in tin foil or a large plastic bag. I don't bother refrigerating it because it doesn't last that long in my house. Sometimes I'll make two loaves, one for now and freeze the other one for later. Any other bread I would just store in a plastic bag.

there is no getting around the fact that these breads taste best immediately after they are made and they will never taste like that again so my advice is to abandon the storage idea and make them often in small lots. by the way the same is true of jalapenos and habaneros. they taste great immediately after they are diced or sliced and will never have that taste afterwards. oxidation of key chemicals is to blame.

As always, Tupperware is great. You can find generic plastic containers in many places. If you find an over sized one, you can put a wash rag in it on the side that is wet to create moisture. I love to bake. Imagine that. A straight single guy that loves to bake. who knew?? if you want to send me one, I'd love to try it. Oh, make sure you let the air out as much as you can. Blessings, Reed~<><

In the fridge, in a sealed container. You can also freeze them for a few weeks,

I wrap my bananna bread tightly in aluminum foil and it lasts for 2-3 days. Stays wonderfully moist. (If my family doesn't eat it all on the first day)!

Tightly wrapped, in refrig.

For extended periods, they freeze well. Wrap tightly as well.
