because it is easier to believe the lie.to recon with the truth means people are taken out of their comfort zone of ignorance and unbelief and forced to contemplate that maybe there is more to this Christianity deal.proof is not what they need even though that's what they may ask,as the Pharisees and sadusies of Jesus time asked.they need revelation and this can only be done by the spirit of God, intersession and prayer and a powerfull wittiness can reveal to those who are lost, the heart of God.the word of God says it is impossible for the natural man to discern the things of th spirit(meaning unbelievers or to put it in a way that may be less offensive to people...unenlightened)
romans chap 1 verse 18 to 21 leaves all people with no excuse.this verse is the answer to your question friend....

Frankly, if someone produced a driver's license saying "God," I'd call the guys in the white coats. However, if an entity showed up and performed a miracle (creating a entirely new species, for example), I might at least listen to what he had to say. Provided he didn't drive up in a taxi.

The Bible and the book of creation are more than enough proof, surely!

Those who say they would believe in God if he personally showed them He existed, I doubt they would become believers. God sent his son to earth, even his enemies could not argue that he was performing miracles and resurrecting the dead, but not only did people not believe, they killed him.

People will continue to ignore God because believing in a God means being accountable. Ignorance didn't save people in Noah's day.

I don't believe in the Christian God. If he came to me, told me he was god I would believe. But I doubt that will happen, I can't believe in a religion or God that doesn't seem right to me.

That would be down to the individual, seems like people need to be convinced of any existence.

Myself I do not need proof for there is a higher energy and let us remind each other that is what we are, pure energy.

You have no proof that He does exist, either. I believe in God, but even I realize that.

Well neither a driving licence nor a signature would work for me!

If he came down to me and said "I amg god" and I said fine show the universe, and he did I would believe him. From what I've seen of him he is either dead, not interested or lazier than I am, he should be worshiping me, If I only worked one week of my life I would be ashamed.

If you can make the world in seven days, doesnt mean you can take the rest of you life off.
