What do you think?
The thing about Benny, for all his miserable tricks and snake oil frauds, God forgives him.
Even though he blasphemes everything about Jesus with his dog and pony show, he will not go to hell.
For Benny like all of us are loved.
But the occassional lightning bolt to remind him wouldn't be such a bad thing.

Benny Hinn is real, very sincere and I believe he loves the Lord very much. He has not been content to just go along with a Christian message that has no "New Testament" evidence, no power. He serves as an evangelist, with signs following, just like the Bible says. He also serves well as a teacher but has been wrong in the area of prophesying.
Benny Hinn is very hard to understand by those who have not yet received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. The Christian walk is a very different challenge to those who have received giftings by the Holy Spirit.
Miracles do happen at his meetings and have for over 25 years. I personally know of a lady at my "home" church who was healed of arthritis over 20 years ago when Benny Hinn preached there. I also know, personally, of others who have been healed, as well. He preaches a sound salvation message and certainly stands well regarding the Scripture of "Woe to you when all men speak well of you for that is how your fathers treated the FALSE prophets" (Luke 6:26)NIV
Before you decide he is false or true, go to one of his meetings with an open heart. Listen to both his critics and those who support his ministry.Go to his website and review his teachings and the written testimonies. Pray for him in any areas you think he's off in.(like his prophesying) Be careful about speaking against the work of the Holy Spirit.

I don't really know but have had the same question. I believe 100% that God heals people and God uses His people to faciliatate that healing a lot of the time. Now with that said, I went to see Benny Hinn several years ago. I expected to see people getting healed and I didn't seen anything that looked like healing taking place. The majority of the local ministers on stage with Him were from what I call the "Name it, claim it" churches in the area. Then I noticed after Mr. Hinn visited the city his billboards went up advertising his visit, at first I thought that a mistake had been made because the boards were not up before the healing service. However they stayed up for so long after the serivce I surmized it was to remind people he had been in the city and to remind them of their financial committment to his ministry. I do think it is possible that people are not healed in the westernized world at the rate of people in a third world countries just because we don't need it as much as them because we have so many more options for health care. So when it comes down to what I think about Mr. Hinn, I still do not know if he is for real or not. If he is leading people to Christ, it dosen't really matter if he is for real or not. I've seen a lot of Christians who really believe what they say even though it is apparent they wouldn't recognize Jesus if he was standing in front of their face. Bottom line, God continues to work to transform all his children into the image of Christ, and I'm sure Mr. Hinn is no exception. God loves me, you and Benny. Pray about it and I'm sure God will reveal anything you need to know about the whole situation.

He's a real fake.
At the risk of being verbose, let me tell you a little story...
I used to think guys like Benny Hinn were jokes, until I had contact with his ministry. Now I know he's outright dangerous.
I'm a paramedic, and I was on duty one night when Benny Hinn came to town. He did his thing at a huge arena with thousands of people in attendance. We ended up working our asses off that night, because so many people brought terminally ill relatives (some of them traveling thousands of miles) to the event in the hopes of getting healed. The arena was in our service area, so we ended up going back and forth from the arena to the hospital all night.
Hinn's "deacons" (read: security guards) made every effort to prevent people from seeing paramedics at the event, and they tried to block us from accessing patients until they could pray with and calm their families, so as not to make a scene. (Rest assured that we didn't allow anyone to delay patient care or transport. Crowd control is 50% of a paramedic's job).
I don't pretend to be anyone's savior, but I can guarantee that I saved more lives that night than Benny Hinn did, and I did it for a lot less money.
Sorry if I sound bitter about this. I just really have nothing good to say about that man. He's a SOB of the highest order.

Jesus is Lord, God is Real, the Holy Ghost is with us who are meaningful saved, and the Devil is a Liar! With that said, there are many false prophets who are deceiving the elite right now. These false prophets pray for the terminally ill, such as epileptics, and other more serious illnesses to no avail-as a result they are "not healed." Then they blame the person(s) being prayed for; for lack of faith, if they are not healed."

Whether or not he believes the nonsense he spews, his religion, like all others, is false and does great harm to society. Even if Christians think he fake, they still support him in a way. The reason for the success of the raving zealots of the world is the path that the moderates have paved for them. Gods are dangerous superstitions.

Benny is about as fake as you can get. Can you believe, he has a website where you can donate to Benny's church and help him buy a new private jet that he intends to call Dove One??? And people actually donate! Here's his link for his "ministry tool," but please, don't donate!

'You will know them by their fruits'
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
