I am going to court within the next few hours to be sentenced. My Attorney and the States Attorney agreed to house arrest.

How likely is it the judge will take the plea and give me what was agreed on?

Very likely. Since the ASA and the APD both agree on house arrest, the court is more than likely going to agree with them as well.

My likely the judge won't even look at you. The judge won't care if you have horns or three eyes. Whatever the legal eagles agree too, the judge signs.

Usually the judge will go along with the joint recommendation, unless your crime is so heinous that he is appalled, by it.
