I agree, but I also believe we cannot afford to be passive.
We must be willing to gently challenge the thoughts of any non-believer who is on here seeking.
Prayer is needed -Essential- !!!
2Co 4:4
In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
Eph 6:12
For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens.
And we should be annointed in the Holy Spirit and prayed up every day anyways, so that He can move us and work in our lives, on or off YA R&S.
And like Stephen, and the rest of the Prophets, be ready to die for the Truth of The Gospel of Christ.
There is too much complacencey on R&S, Christians who don't want to speak the Truth in Love due to fear of unpopularity or 'I don't wan't to upset anyone' ...etc.... attitude.
Jesus spent His Life with unpopularuty because He was never afraid to tell the Truth whether they would hate Him or not, because He Loved them!
-Just keep a check on yourself that you are 'in Christ and His Love'
Yes the time IS Short!
Galations 1:10
" If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ"
Luke 10:27
He answered: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'; and, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"

Jesus would say Peace be still. Love your enemy, do good unto others, and when they strike you on the cheek, offer up the other.
James 4:1
From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
The Bible states; 'be angry but sin not.'
1 Corinthians 13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
8 Charity never faileth:
We should always treat others as we would have them treat us in order that we might glorify our Father in Heaven.
Thank you Brother for pointing out the need for Peace while using this tool, "Yahoo Q&A" God has blessed us with.
In all we do we must acknowledge him. Jesus is Lord, Amen.

I agree, fighting and arguing with people is just going to turn them off. We need to convey the love of Christ. I hope that some hearts and minds might be open on this forum, that some may see how much they need Jesus.

Hi. I am not Christain. I am Muslim but we also believe in Jesus but as a prophet.
I believe, the best way of edifying Jesus is to live the way he lived. Edify comes from following ones example because there are two kinds of love:
1. The emotional of words and that's all it is.
2. The greater kind of love...ACTION, following the example, applying the knowledge.

This is a place for people of all faiths or none. If you want to converse only with those of your beliefs, start a forum or chat room somewhere you can be comfortable with like-minded folks. I like the diversity here. In fact, I'd like it more diverse. We aren't diverse enough. Muslims, Hindus, Jews, others are too shy and too polite. I want to hear more, more, more voices.

Ignore the Trolls, answer only serious questions, with email support, and let the atheists be atheists. If we listen to the Holy Spirit he will tell us which questions to answer. I will admit some times I get disgusted, and loose it.

Yes, our speech should always be seasoned with salt.
Salt stands for purity.
Our words should also be pure.
Jesus was direct at times to people, but he always spoke in out of love and compassion.

There is such a thing as righteous anger, but it is rare.

You don't. That's not what this site is for.
Did you know that your jesus is just a rehash of earlier, cooler gods?
