Is this genuine in such that god has condoned use of cannabis? The Rastafarians believe so, do you agree with them or not??

Well, god considers getting stoned to be righteous, but is not specific about the drug. Noah, the only man worth saving in the whole world, got so smashed he was stumbling about naked, and Lot, the only righteous man in Sodom, was so out of his mind he didn't realise he was screwing his own daughters! (But god wanted them to commit incest, so it was okay!)

The list could go on and on!

The bible is littered with so-called prophets who were always high on something or the other, hence the visions.

I don't see why cannabis is a problem, someone is hiding something and doesn't want the rest of us to find out. That's all am saying.

Why do people say that herbs=cannabis? Herbs are food, not a drug.

"Is this genuine in such that god has condoned use of cannabis?"

Show me a verse that says 'Thou shalt be permitted to useth mind altering drugs for your own pleasure'.Nahh,I can't see it in there.God did not condone drug use.

"The Rastafarians believe so, do you agree with them or not??"

No,I do not.

since it says eat every herb of the land....

I do agree.

Personally, I've been smoking weed for a while, but I believe in God & Jesus. I think it's a natural plant & God put it here.

I hope all those crazy christians don't see this as a green light to start getting high around here. It's hard enough to get good cannabis here without even more buyers coming into the market!

Whilst I do think that cannabis id largely harmless I fail to see how the word 'herb' can apply just to cannabis.

It's hard not to feel that St John the Divine was under the influence of something.
