I did read the comments, but I still can't see how it's done. Any guesses?

If you read the comments for the video, you'll see he says "It has 5 inputs. I normally use Red, Yellow, blue, Black White" so there are 5 reservoirs for ink and some sort of valve(s) to control the mixing. As far as details of the valve, it's hard to say, he seems to make a point of not showing anything in the videos.

Why do you find this difficult to understand ????

Don't you have a COLOR PRINTER that uses Cyan(Blue), Magenta(Red), Yellow and Black INK TANKS ???

It's exactly the same principle - all you have to do is mix up different amounts of the 4 basic colour inks (or paint) to get any shade you like ..
