Can anyone tell me what it is, what to do? or where i can find some true info on it.

hypertension is just a big word for high blood pressure. This can be caused from eating unhealthy, not getting enough exercise, and genetics. Go to www.webmd.com and search for hypertension. They have a lot of info.

Hypertension is a form of high blood pressure. Once your Gran's physician gets her medication set, she'll be fine. What you can do is try to be as mellow as you can around her & let her know that you care.

Hypertension is another name for high blood pressure.

There is a lot of info available everywhere, the internet, your local doctors, health centres, etc.

It can run in the family. It can also be caused by lifestyle, stress, diet, and many other factors. Reducing the affect of hypertension includes: lose weight (if you are overweight)good healthy diet, exercise regularly, cut down (A LOT) of fatty food and salt content, stop smoking, reduce alcohol consumption, cut out stressors, and medication.

Hypertension is high blood pressure. She will have to watch what she eats - not too much salt and not too much red meats, careful with caffeine. She should exercise - take walks. And not get overly excited over what ever.

its high blood pressure which is an increase in pressure in the blood vessels it depends on what grade it is in theres mild moderate and severe each of which can cause accompanying health risks increasing in severity but if they are put on treatment it can be controlled and also their diets can b altered to decrease severity of the disease eg reducing salt intake their attitude also matters coz pple who worry and get stressed are at higher risk
