No there isn't one, there are countless names. Yahweh, Jehovah, Allah, Zues, Odin, Dagda, Ra,..... take your pick of which you would like to use.

I'm sure that it is human arrogance to assume we know the name of God. (‘Yehowah’, I will prove to be.) I'm sure that in the spiritual plane, no vocal chords are required to sound out a name (Since even out of our atmosphere, sound as we know it does not exist.) and therefore the real name of God has nothing to do with limited human linguistics, and vocalization in an atmosphere/gravity envelope. But our constant need to 'box' God up into our terms of understanding, and in the process feel like we have acquired a "lucky charm" of some kind, severs us from the real personality that he manifest to the entire universe.
1st Corinthians 2:
14
But a physical man does not receive the things of the spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot get to know [them], because they are examined spiritually.
15
However, the spiritual man examines indeed all things, but he himself is not examined by any man. 16 For “who has come to know the mind of Jehovah, that he may instruct him?” ...
To know a name is nothing in of its self
James 2:19 You believe there is one God, do you? You are doing quite well. And yet the demons believe and shudder.
and I'm sure that demons (fallen angles) are acquainted with the name of God.
To say you know the name of God, is not really 'Knowing' the name of God. More that just linguistics. The qualities. Attributes. Personality. Everything 'behind' the name. What the name 'represents'.
Ecclesiastes 7:1 A name is better than good oil, and the day of death than the day of one's being born.
As long as I can remember, I have never called my mother or my father by their first name, in addressing them, even when talking to others about them (with exceptions of course). Does this mean I don't know my parents? Do I not know their names? i.e. "ahh, George? Agatha says that dinner is ready." How ridiculous! But make no mistake. I Know my Mother and my Father.
In parallel, this is the ‘know’ in “Knowing the Name of God.”

Acts 12: 4 ~ Their is only one name under heaven, Give among men whereby we must be saved, That name is JESUS CHRIST.
The OT records Gods name as Jahova which means Lord. Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are not names, they are titles, Lord is a title, God is a title, but Jesus is the One name of God and we are saved by no other.

In a true religion the name of God, is no other than God who is living spirit and in heaven. The name yahwee is an invented name from the Hebrew word and false translators called it yahwee.

Yahwee means nothing. Yahweh means "I Am that I Am". Meaning, God is - not was or will be, not created but always existing, existing separate from time and space.
God has many descriptive names, but that is the name He gives Himself.

I read somewhere that the tetragrammaton (God's name, literally means four letter word in Greek) means 'He that causes to become'. It is in the original text of the OT more than seven thousand times, and we are taught to pray for his name to be blessed, so it must be important.

Yahweh is an ancient Semitic word which means "God is" or something close to that.
Yahu or Deu or Zeus are middle eastern words, in Hebrew, Latin or Greek, that all mean god.

My belief, GOD has 99 reviled names. As for your other question. You should have posted it as a separate question. Yahweh is the correct spelling of it. I provided a website to explain "Yahweh" . that is neutral on religion, its honest. Purely on study.
