Have an organized inter-faith gathering where they discuss religious philosophy with one another?

It is not necessary to discuss religious philosophy from among the heads of religious organization. baecause it is very clear on the bible about beliefs in God and beliefs on the bible.

Yes. Philosophy integrates via mythology. A familiarity with the types of psychic images (Mache) being referred to or expected to be generated would probably come in handy. It's the way philosophy works. Expect possible problems in subject areas to do with growth or procreation (Nietzsche).

To my knowledge there was some gatherings of these religious heads. Their achivement is not published.
