If she doesn't wear a bra and is casual about her overall dressing she is probably giving the impression that she may come popping out of her blouse or whatever at any time. I don't know if you have a dad at home or if she is trying to impress any men that come by or just what.
I hope she doesn't dress this way when you have friends over or any of your friends parents come over because it could well reflect on your reputation.

If she's 35 yrs old I think she should be able to dress any way she wants to,and Yah I'd look,but I'm sneaky no one would no it,theres a difference between sneaking a peek and staring or oogling.!
