You really should NOT be using soap on your private part! It upsets the PH balance in the sensitive skin around that area. Wash with water only!!!!!
Deworming wont help unless its your back end thats itching. It could be thrush which is quite common. You can buy treatments for it as its quite common Also can be helped by consuming things with live cultures like yogurt or yogurt drinks.
It has nothing to do with cleanliness rather the ph balance of the skin which can be caused by soap..Purfumes even by PMS. If it doesnt go away GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!! An infection left untreated could result in Pelvic Inflammatory Disease...which is not every nice...ok STOP making excuses and go to the DOCTOR we all have these problems!

See a doctor because you may have a yeast infection.
And stop using soap down there in the meantime. You are probably cleaning away the healthy and normal bacteria that are a part of your body's way of keeping healthy. Occasionally using soap is fine but if you shower twice a day you shouldn't need to use soap anyway. Just use hot water and that should be enough.
But see a doctor because if you do have a yeast infection it can and will only get worse without treatment.

Try using toilet paper that is not scented and also, a lot of soaps have purfume in them that will irritate sensitive areas. Try rinsing without soap or use cleansing cream. Not the expensive, fragranced creams but the inexpensive not so smelly ones. Good luck.

1/ See doctor
2/ Don't use soap down there. Too much and it can dry out the delicate membranes, leaving you with itchy, irritated skin. Use a soap replacement, better for the rest of your skin as well.

you might be allergic to the soaps --- i would try some VERY gentle, hypoallergenic soaps. also, sometimes OVER cleansing an area can make it irritated and itchy - so keep that in mind.

If you don't know the name of your private parts, I think you need to go back to school. Is it the pubic hair region or vaginal area? Go to a doctor.
