I am sorry but I don't believe that is your business. I feel that if your friends relationship with Steve gets more serious he should feel a duty to tell her himself when the time is right. Besides how do you know that its really true anyways? In school lots of rumors go around about people! i was in high school with a guy that was rumored to actually be a girl and everybody was talking about it behind his back. They thought it was shocking that "she" had enough "balls" to change in the boys locker room. Completely ridiculous, he just had a real baby face and was kinda fat so he had a little man-boob action. But he definitely wasn't a girl! Don't be so quick to believe everything you hear.

I would have your friend ask Steve, go to the source, and do not believe everything you hear until you hear it from the horses mouth, this could be a different Steve, but I would just go to the source.

If this is true, then your friend might need some therapy!

It IS your business. You are her friend.
One of Woman's biggest enemy's
is another Woman. How dare someone
say that it's none of your business.

Steve was suppose to tell her.
Confront Steve when you are alone.
Tell Steve It's what you heard, Is it true?
If Steve says it's true, what better person
to tell her then Steve.
I would check quietly into it.
But I didn't think they did Sex Gender
Surgery on a person that young.

look for hints of possible signs that steve may prove that steve used to be a woman... his overly sweetness may be one.. you have to look out for your best friend, but in a way that won't offend her or wouldn't seem that you are intruding too much

Well if I were you I'll just treat it as a joke and share with Charlotte. The rest is up to her to investigate....
