Well you have VERY bad grammar. Anyways, its kinda unspecific. For example, in America here we have muslims in the US Armed Forces, so we can say America. Anyways if we go by middle eastern standards, if we take Nuclear power of the list, since it doesnt measure the REAL convnetional(and UC forces) forces, then I would rank them as:
[if Turkey was considred middle eastern, then it would be right here before Egypt, but some people consider it european] Egypt -> Pakistan -> Iran -> Saudi -> Syria/Gulf States. Its kinda hard considering Syria definatlyh has alot more experience but UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, have the real mone y and equipment. I beleive UAE has the third biggest fleet of F-16s in the Mideast, and Saudi has the biggest F-15 fleet.
Btw, These are MIDDLE EASTERN. We didnt enter Malaysia, or Indonesia, into this equation.
