i dont want to use a crack or whatever...sooo is there a way to Downgrade from Ultimate to Home Premium edition? or do i have to install windows all over(loosing all my info and data)?

You need to reinstall I am afraid, this is why the install page warns you to choose the correct version carefully before you proceed.

Save your data first.

Why do you want to downgrade to Home Premium? Ultimate has more features. If you want you COULD reformat the hard drive with the new Premium version. But you'll lose all your info unless you partition or back it up.

My advice stick with Ultimate unless something is broken...which is common by the way in all and any Vista versoin. =]

You have no other way than to reinstall Vista. It warns you before you try to install it. But you can take all your info and data in a CD or DVD and then you can reinstall Vista.
