It sounds like you learned an important lesson. Good work!
It is not good to spend all of your time sitting on your butt.
I wonder how long it took them to teach you that.
Maybe if you went back they could work on your spelling skills.

Seeking enlightenment is not just simply sitting all day long in a Buddhist environment. There are much MORE teaching and practices come along with it.
And apparently, Patient is one of the practice we have to learn, and it take life time to achieve enlightenment, believe me.

If all you came away with was more focus on your physical body, youre obviously not ready for any of the Buddhas teachings. Take up a physical sport, or anything else that takes you away from looking at the self. Go back when youre really willing to look within.
Best wishes on your journey.

Your name says it all.
You wouldn't even go to a Buddhist 'environment' because you don't have the guts to get out of your comfort zone.
And they aren't called 'environments'.
Can't even make up a good lie.
Pathetic!

It takes more than one day to receive enlightenment, people spend lifetimes before they achieve it.
