Is it when you get a feeling of spirituality that is so intense that you pass out and fall to the floor?

Not real but not faking either. People just get swept up in the moment and act in the way they believe they should. That's why it usually happens in crowded rooms, it's peer influenced.

I have heard of people talk about it.
In general, with any of the gifts of the Spirit, or actions of the Holy Spirit, I would think some of it is real, and some people are faking.

It is true,,,when the Holy Spirit is strong within the person or when the Spirit is transferred from another person that is Holy, then the energy flows through you and you lose control of the muscles that hold up your body...This also happens when you achieve enlightenment and mystical union with God , through meditation....

Can you imagine that happening in Jesus' time? People would be trying to cast demons out of that person.
I'm not here to say what they're experiencing isn't real to them. I just don't know that I'd be willing to say it's some kind of Spirit or if it's the power of suggestion.

I didn't neccessarily faint, I just fell backwards and just enjoyed my time with God, and no one pushed me ack, but it was wild how I just went back and I have seen people go forward, instead of backwards. So it goes either way. My husbands legs got weak, so he locked his legs, refusing to go backwards and be slain in the spirit, otherwise he would have gone over. Soem people seem to be so slain that they have passed out. We have a guy that prays 4 people and he wil touch the side fo their head, so no one accuses him of pushing people backwards. I have seen people just go straight down to. One women went down and she was violently tumbling on the floor, they had to remoove her because she was manifesting a demon.

it has not happened to me but I have seen it happen to others I do believe it can be real but think some fake it. I have felt shaken by the spirit but I think you only fall if you realy reliese yourself I could not.

To be honest, a lot of different events in the brain could cause someone to collapse, and they might experience them in many different ways. They might actually believe in it, whether or not it's true.
