I am a young black girl. I have always dated inside my race. The thing is I am so tired of how black men are just dogs. I am always asked about by Hispanic or white men but I try to stick with my race. But now I feel as if I don't want to date black anymore. Am I wrong for just kicking all black men to the curb because of just a few bad apples?

Every race has a few bad apples! I think you should ignore the race and just look for who has the best personality. If you find yourself having a hard time doing this your best bet may be to take a look at your friends and have them introduce you to someone that they think you would get along with. I'm not saying stay with them but at least try a date or 2. Maybe they can see what you can't.

You shouldn't limit your dating to one race. I mean all men can be dogs, not just black men. It shouldn't matter whether the man is black, white, hispanic, or whatever. I don't think you should just kick all black men to the curb because of a few bad apples. You know like, The right one for you might come along and you wouldn't even know because you didn't give him a chance because he was black. So, you should keep an open mind.

You would be making a mistake to kick all black men to the curb. There are good men and bad men in every race. Although you could receive a lot of flak from society for dating outside your race, I believe you should choose your dates according to their personality, not the color of their skin.

I was in you shoes before. I got tired of black men doing me wrong so I stopped dating them. A last year, I started dating black guys again. Now I have a crush on the sweetest black guy I've ever laid eyes on. It's all about WHERE you are meeting these guys. I was meeting them in bad areas of town, which explains why they were losers. If you are a college student, try meeting a guy there. Go to the gym and meet a guy there. Try out some good black men before you dismiss them all.

no you are not. i feel the same way. im mixed and i started dating black men and it seems to me the ones ive dated fit the discription you are talking about. they are selfish, rude, they use people, they wont offer you nothing but a hot cooked meal. i know ive been there. im leaving this race. people will say opposite but most black guys are dogs and have no morals. so you will hear some say all racses are this but that may be true but not like this race of men. its bad to say but black men are not a good race to date. they care for nothing.

It isn't a race thing. Sometimes we find ourselves unconsciously picking the same kind of guy even though it is exactly what we don't want. You might want to see what kind of void you might be trying to fill. Because honestly, bad apples come in all colors.
As long as you learn to not put up with any mistreatment and learn to recognise that good guy when you see him (right now you may find the nice guy unattractive--some women really do), you will eventually find and fall in love with the right guy.

Not all black men are bad. I'm a white female and one of my good friends was a black guy, and he was awesome.
Keep looking, I know you'll find the perfect guy. As for race, see it as something that you shouldn't really be so peculiar about. If a boy comes, white, black, latino, hispanic, chinese, martian, whatever he is, just go out with him, then observe him, see if he's a good guy, then date him!
There are hundreds of men out there, you can't pick a few and label them all the same :P

Look girlie we are all dogs color don't mean nothing. But i suggest that you try dating dudes outside your race if your curious. you never know who your gonna fall in love. Check it out i been with white girls, mexican girls, black girls, white girls and have found that race has little to do with a person's personality of course they are differences but when u break it down good people are good people no matter what color they are.

well in my opinion...I am a white girl and I have dated black men since one white man did me wrong....lol...it's not wrong to date outside ur race and I have the best man in the world now....so all you gotta do is keep ur options open and if u tired try something new...what's it gonna hurt?
