So there is not reason why extra stimulus of the nipples might not have an impact on the chances of breast cancer.

The question is how did they measure this? Hi, one a scale of 1 -10, over the last 20 years of your life, how much were your nipples played with?

it depends on the word "play," if you just rub, kiss nipples gently, it won't cause cancer

but if you "play" with the npples really hard, so that the nipples may have bruise, injury, etc, then it can cause breast cancer
