It's a bit mispelled since in Italian is "Tu sei tutta la mia vita" (but it would sound even better "Sei tutta la mia vita").
Translation into English is "You are my whole life" or "You are all my life"

'Tu sei tutta' means 'you are everything', but the second part doesn't quite make sense.
It sounds like you are trying to say ' you are everything to me in life', but it is mangled.
Perhaps it should be 'Tu sei tutta, mi via vita', or
'Tu sei tutta a me, via vita'.
