Well, you took the first step by asking for her number... the confidence is there you just need to utilize it. You wont know until you try... and nothing beats a fail but a try. You can't be afraid to take chances... step out on faith and you will have all the confidence you need. She may feel that you are not interested by not asking her out. Think about it. Good Luck!!!

Think of it as asking someone at your home if they would like a soda. Just be casual about it. Everyone gets their bunnies in an uproar over this and it's nothing really. Just say, hey, do you want to catch a (fill in the blank), with me (whatever night or day you chose). If she says yes, then you say great, I'll pick you up at (time). If she says no, then say, maybe another time and walk away. Followup a week or two later. No big deal.

If she gave you her number she's probably interested. She would have come up with an excuse to not give you her number if she wasn't interested. Call her up and ask her out to the next big box social.

Girls don't usually give out their phone numbers to be nice. Have you tried the number, is it really hers? If it's hers and not some made up number, then ask her out. If you're uncomfortable about asking her out then ask her if she'd like to double date. Take her to see a movie with a buddy and his girl friend. It takes a lot of pressure off of you. Just be yourself. Say something like what you said here. "hello so n so, I like to invite you out to a..movie, I am nervous about this but I thought it no harm trying even if the answer is no. So how? would accept my invitation for the outing ?That it ! So easy just express your own true feeling and stop being afraid of rejection and you be alright.

If you call her 2 or 3 times and yo can't get a hold of her, then that's a sign that she doesn't want to go out with you. If you do get a hold of her, then see if she wants to meet you for food or drinks or something.

Dial her number.
If she answers, just ask her out, in a casual way.
If she doesn't, ask for her, then ask her out in a casual way =)
Yup, that's me being a smart ***...
But really, just be casual. Try not to make a big deal of out it until you know if she likes you or not. Ask her on your fourth or so date (if she does go on a date with you...)

Just ask her out w/o stupid pick up lines. Be calm and straight forward. Say "im really interested in you and I would love to take you out sometime." Would you like to go ___________ Saturday night? Bottom line, be sweet and simple.

hai! i would like to suggest you one idea, if you want to know she is interested with you , first you don't call here for one or 2 days. you see if she calls u or not. after that you make a call if she ask u "why u have not called me?" than it is clear she is interested with you.
