it is hard to go for natural ways, you can take calcium supplement to grow tall. Bones needs calcium in order to grow. Also be sure to exercise to assist you to get taller such as jump rope.

I once heard that if you hang from monkey bars you will stretch out your body by holding onto the bars and just letting the rest of your body hang.
I tried it myself but it didn't work for me.
I'm still short.
But maybe you'll have better luck.
Anything is worth trying at least once.

Not after a certain age I guess.
Cycling, swimming, basketball are few things that can help increase height.. but only when done upto 10-12 years.

Natural way is only to concentrate on yoga. i mean to try it without hesitation. then see the change. Refer the site for guidelines.
