I've already started this exercise but I was giving it a test run at first so I could get a taste of what I will be going through every day. It's been 2 almost 3 weeks and I think I am fully ready and determined to follow through with this exercise plan and make it become a habit. Please give me feedback if it is reasonable and what I should add or take off. Thank you for reading GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

If you make this your permanent plan your body will get use to it and you will stop seeing results. For example cardio wise rotate between running ,cycling and possibly swimming or playing tennis. If you want to burn a certain amount a calories you can calculate them here www.webmd.com/content/tools/1/calc_calories.htm . You'll get bored of just running everyday. Also rotate your weight training . Upper body one day lower body the next . That way your muscle have time to recover. You don't have to work out long duration of time just frequently . Do give yourself days off or light days.

yes, that will work. but don't stop. if you stop it will not work. it won't show results for about 1 month, but then it will and those results will get better and better and stay with you until you are quite old. seriously do not stop, that is the key.
