50 jumping jacks (will increase slowly)

Bench press 150lbs x 10(will increase slowly)
Extra things I will do would be, walking my dog daily at least 3-4 times a day for 30minutes outside.
Also watch my calorie intake and Drink lots of water.
I've already started this exercise but I was giving it a test run at first so I could get a taste of what I will be going through every day. It's been 2 almost 3 weeks and I think I am fully ready and determined to follow through with this exercise plan and make it become a habit.
