Guam is an American territory - you need a visa to go there. Why don't you just get married in the Philippines? Have like a beach wedding or something. Even after you marry your boyfriend, he needs to file a petition for you to be able to go to the States or any of its territories. Or, if you really want to be married in Guam, your boyfriend can file for a fiancee visa.

Congratulations on your engagement and good luck.

Have a happy life.

Guam is American held. Why would you need a visa to visit a territory of the US?

If not American, you have to go to the American consulate in Japan to get a Visa.

If I were you I would get a fiancees Visa! If you don't it might take you 2 years or more to get into the US! A regular Visa you will probably not be issued. Embassies do not like to issue visa's to single women between 18 and 45 because they know they aren't going back, with few exceptions! Yours is probably one. Once you leave Guam, it is going to be hard as hell to get back into the US, married or not!

Get a fiancees Visa!!!!!!!!!

Yes Guam is an American Territory the only ones that dont need visa's are US citizens. You should be able to get one at the local US consulate in your country. After 9/11 dont expect it to be speedy so plan plenty of time ahead.

Yes you will need a visa. Filipinos do not qualify for either the Visa Waiver Program or the Guam Visa Waiver Program. Contact the U.S. Embassy in Manila to apply for your visa.

Yes, you need a Visa. You are not a US citizen so unfortunately you will need a visa. Plan ahead they don't come very quickly. There may be a accelerated plan so check into it. There will also be a fee for it.

Yes, you need a visa. It doesn't matter where you live, it matter what your citizenship is. All Filipinos need a visa to enter the United States.
